Wake Up Yoga
Group sessions to start the day with total mind and body awareness. Adapted to the level of the group and needs of each person through different modalities: Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Ashtanga, or Yoga Nhidra. With a duration of 75 minutes and a limited number of places, they are taught on the Semi-Olympic pool platform & Activities Area.
Our instructor, Sara Garrido, trained in Bali (Indonesia) and Rishikesh (India), masters various styles and has extensive experience teaching groups. Her joy and approach to the classes provide a burst of energy for her students.
